We created classes and system that will help you not only feel great but express yourself thru movement. Balance your lifestyle and add narration to the life you live.

We’re looking for 12 women that would be available twice a week in the evening to take part in our innovative program.

WEEK 01 - 03

Structural Strength and Mobility cycle. Will build basics and prepare you for more intense workouts.

 

WEEK 04 - 06

Cardio, Fat Burn and Flexibility cycle. After getting fundamentals of our program we start with more intense work.
